Hydrobolt Ltd is committed to improving the level of
service to both its external as well as internal customers,
through its dedication to constant improvement at all
levels of the manufacturing system. A pro-active approach
to Quality and Continuous Improvement is taken.
Quality Assurance:
Hydrobolt Ltd operates a rigorous quality system approved
to Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, ISO 9001:2000,
to ensure that all of our products conform to the specified
requirements of our customers.
Quality Control:
Hydrobolt Ltd manufactures significant quantities of components
for use in hostile environments, where extremes of temperatures
and pressures are encountered. Therefore, quality control
is rigorously maintained throughout all stages of production,
in order to ensure compliance with exacting customer requirements.
Manufacturing Standards:
We manufacture and supply products to:
- Customer Standards- the customers' own requirements
and design etc.
- National Standards- British
- International Standards- We are approved to ISO
9001:2000. We can manufacture to any international
standard that you may require including:
- British - BS
- European - EN, AFNOR
- German - DIN
- American - ANSI/ASTM
Tests and Certification:
All products are available with full traceability
and certification including B.S.EN 10204 - 3.1, or third
party witness test - 3.2C if required.
Independent laboratories are also available for non-destructive
tests.

Hydrobolt Limited also holds many
customer approvals, and operates an 'open house'
policy,
welcoming customer visits and audits.
