enables Hydrobolt Ltd to provide an immediate response
for the manufacture of products required for quick delivery
or for 'Breakdown' situations.

can offer one off products and also provide on going support
for regular items.
Kitting Facilities: Enabling us to manufacture
a "kit" of fixings, in a range of sizes and
materials, to supply your overall project and maintenance
needs.
Breakdown Service/Emergency: To support urgent
needs, Hydrobolt offers a 24/7 breakdown service to help
keep your downtime to a minimum in crisis situations,
with out of hours contact numbers available on request.
Dedicated Stocks: Some customers buy the same non-standard
fasteners on a regular basis. Therefore, we can keep dedicated
stock of finished or semi-finished fasteners, so that
product is readily available to satisfy urgent needs.
Delivery On Call-Off Programmes: Our call-off order
service will ensure that your products are delivered to
you promptly on a regular basis, as requested, to support
your on-going project needs. Given a covering order we
can manufacture parts and hold as stock for you to facilitate

A hydraulic tensioning tool comprises one Hydraulic Cylinder,
one Puller, one Bridge and one Socket. A Hydraulic Cylinder
can be adapted to suit other sizes by adding a Puller
and a Socket. Others may require a Puller, a Bridge and
a Socket.
To use multiple tools for simultaneous operation requires:
one Pump, one 5m Link Pipe to connect between the Tool
and the Pump. Hand Pumps are not suitable for simultaneously
operating tools.
