capability within a modern, fully equipped, 5,000 square
metre production facility. Continuous investment in people,
training and equipment has allowed Hydrobolt Limited to
combine traditional engineering skills with the advanced
technology of C.N.C production.
Machinery and Industry Process
Hydrobolt Ltd's manufacturing facility covers four units
and houses over 70 machines. The company also has its
own In-house tool making shop.

Hydrobolt Ltd's forging operation comprises of 4 vertical
hot forge presses able to offer a wide range of diameters
working with a wide range of materials. We also have an
in-house tooling department. This gives us ultimate production
and quality control and ensures that we can remain totally
flexible when it comes to meeting customers' needs and
deadlines.
Hydrobolt Ltd is able to offer an extensive selection
of heat treatments to meet customer requirements. These
include age and case hardening.
